You start by answering a few short profile questions. This helps us determine what properties we have available that fit your needs and offers considerations that you may not have thought about. Once this is completed, an Agent will contact you to discuss further.

Those applicants who have been contacted by an Agent will be offered a link to apply for the rental unit. Due to the number of applicants seeking housing, we strongly encourage you to fill out applications prior to showings, but this not mandatory. This speeds up the process because we can discuss any outstanding information required and answer any more questions you may have at the showing in person.

Congratulations, you’ve been approved! We will meet up again (sometimes with the Landlord) to sign the lease. This should be done as promptly as possible, as showings and applications continue to be accepted until a lease has been signed. At this time, we will collect last month’s rent and discuss the timing of first month's rent and key handover.
